Requestor hereby acknowledges and agrees that the following requirements must be satisfied by a business date that is at least one month in advance of the requested Start Date, which shall be the first day of a calendar month:
  1. All required request(s) must be submitted by Requestor and received by Equitrans;
  2. All required consents from all applicable parties must be received by Equitrans; and
  3. All required service agreement(s) and/or other necessary agreements must be executed and received by Equitrans.
Equitrans reserves the right to deny any request, which in Equitrans’ sole judgment, does not satisfy the foregoing requirements.
